High quality and 100% customer satisfaction are our top priorities
NUBIAN SUN is a rich blend of the finest natural oils, emollients and tropical moisturizers formulated to help prevent peeling and dryness, allowing you to achieve a rich healthy sun bronzed skin tone. NUBIAN SUN does not contain a sunblock.

We evolved as a human race for millions of years under the warmth and love of the sun. Today we live in a modern world that is bombarded with paranoid messages about how dangerous the sun is. So now we are drenching ourselves in poisonous sunblocks that have many draw backs. Most brands are laden with toxic chemicals such as:

Oxybenzone, which is linked to hormone disruption and cell damage that may lead to skin cancer.
Retinyl palmitate, which has now been proven to be a carcinogen.
Octyl-methoxycinnamate causes oxidation damage of the skin, which ages your face.
Butyl-Methdiebenzoylmethane, which releases free radicals into the body.
Benzophenone 2 (BP2), decreases the function of the thyroid, in a population that is already seriously suffering from hypothyroidism (under active).

Furthermore, sunblock stops the sun's ultra violet rays from creating Vitamin D in the body. We are making a whole generation Vitamin D deficient with fear of the sun. Vitamin D is essential for many
functions such as:

bone health
supports the immune system
protects against dementia and brain aging
good for losing excess fat
essential for decreasing symptoms of asthma
strengthens teeth

Exposure to the sun's ultraviolet rays cause cells in your skin called melanocytes, located just below the outer surface of the skin, to produce more melanin. Melanin is the natural substance that gives color or pigment to the skin, hair and iris of the eye. Melanin is in higher levels in people with darker skin. Melanin’s primary function is to protect the skin from sun damage, but it carries additional benefits that are enjoyed mostly by those with darker skin.

Melanin is found in almost every organ of the body and is necessary for the brain and nerves to operate, the eyes to see, and the cells to reproduce. It is also found in the stria vascularis of the inner ear. In the brain, tissues with melanin include the medulla and pigment-bearing neurons within areas of the brainstem, such as the locus coeruleus and the substantia nigra. It also occurs in the zona reticularis of the adrenal gland, essential to Brain, Nerve, and Organ Function

Africans and people with dark skin have a natural SPF 16 UV protection. The down side is dark skin blocks vitamin D3 production. So darker-skinned people require 10 to 20 times the sun exposure length (which equates to about two hours of exposure) than lighter-skinned people to build up the same amount of vitamin D.

Of course, you can have too much of a good thing. I don’t recommend letting your skin burn, and this is a common point people miss. Getting a moderate amount of sunshine daily can actually help decrease your risk of certain types of cancers.
